He extended his arm, giving her a thumbs up, "Why not? You seem like a decent girl. It'd be my pleasure." He gave a quick nod & brought his hand back down to his side.

"What a strange kid ... but he seems trustworthy enough..." She thought to herself. But it gave her a feeling of reassurance as she gave a slight nod, "Yes ... um ... thank you."

Ookami clapped her on the arm, "You're welcome!" giving her the same, toothy grin as before. "Now," he said calming down from his previous, cheery mood, "Why dont we take a walk around the village? I could get to know you better." He went to walk, but stopped. He turned around & asked her, "I didt catch your name?"

Immediately she jerked her arm back. "S-sorry, it was ... kind of on the reflex. I'm not used to touching." For a moment she paused pulling her cloak more over her head so her distinct traits could not be seen. Only her face. "And ... my name is Yume."

::Asura slouched lazily into a booth inside the Konoha Tea Shop. He treated the two-seat bench like a bed and stretched his legs out till his feet hung off and laid into the shaded corner, his pitch-black hair and scarf seeming to almost unnaturally blend in with the shadows. He held a small saucer of tea between his index finger and thumb and gently sipped away on hot completely natural bitter green tea. He hated bitter.
He had been sitting in this booth for hours, creating a small tower of tea saucers on his table. He had attracted no real attention to himself, having no headband or other signs of danger. Finally, after spending most of the day in the tea shop, he finally found what he had been waiting on. He watched a young blond girl sitting on a bench just outside the shop, both convenient and inconvenient. On one hand, he was more hidden from her, but she was just as obscured from his vision. He couldn't even tell if it was the right girl. But he watched, and listened as a boy encountered her. It was a sickening affair. Listening as closely as he could he thought the meeting could've been mistaken for the beginning of a Jiraiya Novel. Jiraiya, the Toad Sage, he was from this Village, was he not.
Asura's thoughts began to drift until he heard the boy ask the question he'd waited on. He asked her for her name, and she reluctantly gave it. Yume. Asura grinned from the shadows, as his crystal blue eyes peered out of the shadows with a glint of eagerness. This was the girl. Reluctant, just as she should be. He remained quiet and watched and listened more intently now, putting down his saucer and swinging his legs into the floor, ready to move if he needed to::

Ookami's ears perked up slightly, almost like a dog getting a treat, "At least i know your name now." He tried to make a small joke to her, "At least I dont have to go around calling you 'miss anymore!" He chuckled at his own joke. "Now," He clapped his hands together, "Why dont we take a stroll, eh? Get you ore accuained with the town." He walked over to the door & motioned for her to follow him outside, smiling that toothy grin of his.

"I ... suppose that is fine." She decided to go ahead of him out the door into the sun, but the hood of her cloak shaded her face.

::Asura watched as the pair left. She seemed quiet, hesitant, and very suspicious. He lazily hunkered up from his table, tipped the waitress, and casually conversed with her as he awaited for the pair to actually leave the tea shop. The waitress was easy to win over, a simple girl bemused by a friendly face with a bare chest. She was ensnared in his net of questions and playful banter easily. Asura literally killed time with the girl absent-mindedly as he sized up Yume. He had already been informed of her past and Asura knew her type oh so well. All of the rest of his friends were just like her. Lost children. Scared, and with nowhere to run, and most certainly nothing to chase after. Hard on the outside, but soft, sometimes even untouchably fragile, on the inside. However, the "hard on the outside" aspect was the one he worried about::

"Are you coming or not?" She snapped with a dull stare to Ookami who seemed to be a little out of it.

Ookami was just daydreaming about this book he once read by his meantor, Jiraiya. He forgot what the title of the book was, but just as he was getting to the good part, Yume brought him back to reality. "Huh...?"he said, a little confused. "Oh! Sorry about that Yume! I was somewhere else." He apotogetically bowed to her. "Now where shall we go first?" He asked her, regaining his upbeat composure, "We could head over to Ichiraku Ramen, or the ninja school, or just walk to see what we can see?" He grinned & asked her, "Your choice!"

"Um ... perhaps the shops? I .. need some medical supplies, but I don't know where to go to get them." She stated as she glanced around.

::Asura began to get annoyed at the pair's indecisiveness. He could not begin to approach the door until he had enough distance between him and the pair. Not to mention, he was beginning to find the waitress's nasally voice infuriating and she rambled on about boring topics including her birds and her desire to climb mountains. This inconvenience did benefit Asura in one way though, he was assured of the girl's mental state. She has few plans, she had few ideas of her own. Attempting to go with the flow. He was exactly what he hoped she'd be. Now, if only these two could make up their damn minds and get out of that doorway! He screamed in his mind, almost forgetting to acknowledge the question the waitress was trying to ask him::

Ookami stepped out of the doorway & turned back to Yume, "Anrighty then! I'll lead the way, I guess." He walked into the middle of the road & looked around for a minute, trying to regain his bearing of where things were located within the city. It had been awhile & his memory was a bit fuzzy. He then remembered where they were located & turned to the eastern part of the road. "Ah! there we are!" He said out loud to himself. "Just follow me Yume. The Market is this way" he said as he pointed down the road. "It shouldnt be too far. Just a little ways of a walk." He waved his hand, motioning for her to follow. In all truthfulness, hes not 100% sure its even the right way.

Yume only glanced every now and again to the stores and reading the names of the shops as they walked by. "Are you sure there is a shop that sells medical supplies, btw? I know some are rather hard to come by..." she muttered as she seemed occupied in searching for the shop.

::Asura grinned as the two finally left the shop. He dismissed the waitress with a smile and a quick "Hey, I've got to go but I'll be back. Aimi, right?" And he rushed out the door, disregarding the waitress annoyed correction of her name, and braking back into a casual stroll about 15 feet behind the pair. He watched as they cluelessly wandered the streets of Konoha. Good, he thought to himself. She's never been here before. She'll be wary, but more desperate for aid whether she admits it or not.::
